WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

• Any Product purchased from us can be returned within the terms of this policy, with the exception of Special Offer Promotions where free product is included 
• Returned Goods must be unopened and in saleable condition. 

WHEN DO ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED BY?

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and received by us within 30 days of the original order.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

• You may return items by Mail, Courier or any other reasonable method. Any charges must be prepaid.
•  Registered or recorded delivery is advisable,as we do not accept liability for any goods not received. Any other method is at your own risk.
• You will need to include your original invoice, name and address and order number.

COSTS AND CHARGES 

• All Postage and Shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept items where charges are to be paid.
• Where the original order was shipped postage free, we reserve the right to charge 10% of the original order value to cover our costs. 

CREDITS AND REFUNDS

• All Returns will be refunded in the same way as the original method of payment. e.g. Ifacredit card is used for payment, a refund will be made to the same credit card.
• You will need to advise us of the credit card details, as we only retain the first few digits on file.
• Credit/Refunds will be limited to the actual cost of the product purchase, less any charges outlined above
